1. Add New Users<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Invite new team members to access the dashboard or receive reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Add a User:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Click \u201cAdd User.\u201d<\/strong>
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Choose the appropriate User Type<\/strong>:

    • Full Dashboard User<\/strong> \u2013 Full access to selected properties.

    • Report Recipient Only<\/strong> \u2013 Will receive scheduled PDF reports but cannot access the dashboard.

    • Enter the user\u2019s Name<\/strong> and Email Address<\/strong>.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 an email invitation will be sent automatically.

      2. Schedule Reports for Recipients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      If you only want someone to receive automated reports (without granting dashboard access):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Click \u201cAdd and Schedule.\u201d<\/strong>
        <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Select the Properties<\/strong> and Report Type<\/strong> (Daily or Weekly).
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Click \u201cSave.\u201d<\/strong>
        <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        The selected recipient will immediately begin receiving scheduled reports via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Admin users can view and manage all previously added users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
