- Our Dashboard can be used in 11 languages; such as English, Dutch, French, Catalan, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, German, Norwegian, Portuguese and Spanish,
- How do I know that the reviews are from real customers?
- We only collect poststay data from reliable sources like Booking.com and TripAdvisor.
- How to add users?
- Users are added by Contacting Support at support@olery.com or via the User Management Section within the Reputation Management Dashboard.
- What if my properties are not in your system?
We can add new properties and connect them to sources.If you have a subscription already please contact Support Team at support@olery.com
- What can I do if the existing connection is incorrect?
- You can contact our Support Team at support@olery.com and report the faulty connection.
- How can I add new connections?
- You can send the connections to our Support Team at support@olery.com and we will add them in the system.
- How can I add connections to my properties?
- When the subscription is first set up, we perform a connection search for the properties provided by you. If you wish to add or change connections after that, you should contact our Support Team at support@olery.com
- How do I add properties to my subscription?
- You can add properties by contacting our Support Team at support@olery.com Please also send the known connections to us at the same time.
- From which sources does Olery collect the reviews from?
- From a variety of over 50 sources from around the world including Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Google, etc
- What is a TES Rating?
- Traveller Experience Score. It is a combination of the Numerical Rating and the Sentiment Rating based on the total number of reviews.
- What is Sentiment Analysis?
