The Daily Operations page is the location of the daily data collected. You can see current information on your Online Reputation and what your Overall rating is over your selected time period. 

Filter Options

  • Data Range – You have access to all historic data. We do not put a time limit. 
  • Groups – Select the Group you want to see the data for. 
  • Property – Select the Property you want the data for.

Data Points Available – It is possible to click on this data and it will show the data in the Reviews page. 

  • Recent Reviews – This shows the total number of reviews in the past 24 hours you have received per source.
  • Outstanding Responses – This shows the total number of reviews that have not had a response in the past 30 days. It is also per source. 
  • Review Mentions – The Number of keywords identified using the sentiment analysis per Sentiment Rating. 
  • Current OTA Ranking – This data shows your ranking at a source level within that sources selected region. 

Reviews and Ratings Chart – Based on your selected date range

  • Numerical, Sentiment Ratings and Traveller Experience Score (Overall Score)
  • Total Number of Reviews – Daily, Monthly, Yearly
  • Boxes – Overall Scores based on the selected time period and total number of reviews. 
  • Previous Period is based on the same period one year ago. Example, you select January – April 2023, the previous period is January – April 2022.

Ratings Comparison – See the Ratings for Numerical, Sentiment and Traveller Experience Score. Data is based on the total of the selected time period. 

Current & Expected Trends – Data Overview for Selected Property

Table Content:

  • First Column: Datapoint Overview
    • Headline: Provides a quick summary of the topic.
    • Byline: Highlights the data source, such as Sentiment ratings or specific review counts, like cleanliness.
  • Second Column: Trend Direction & Change
    • Indicator: Shows the trend direction and percentage change. Green for increase and red for decrease, accompanied by an arrow.
    • Byline: Specifies the comparison period, e.g., Year-over-Year (YoY) or upcoming months based on historical data.
  • Third Column: Tailored Analytical Advice
    • Button: Press to receive custom advice based on your property and location.
    • Output: After processing the data, your analytical advice, generated by a Language Model AI, will be displayed.
  • Data Source: This information is derived from all supported sentiment ratings, numerical scores, and counts. Our database processes these, translates them into prompts, and utilises a Language Model AI to generate insightful analytical advice.
