The Dashboard, located under the Daily Operations tab, serves as your command center for daily and weekly insights into your property’s online reputation. It provides real-time data snapshots, helping you monitor recent reviews, track key trends, analyze sentiment, and take action based on AI-driven insights.


Date Range & Property Selection #

You can view data for:

  • Custom or predefined date ranges — No limit on historical data.
  • Individual properties or Groups — View data per property or across a group, depending on your access rights.

Example: If you select January–April 2023, the previous period shown for comparison will be January–April 2022.


Key Dashboard Features #

Recent Reviews #
  • Displays the number of new reviews received in the past 24 hours or since your last login.
  • Organized by source (e.g., Booking.com, Google, TripAdvisor).
  • Click any review group to jump directly to the Reviews tab for viewing or responding.
Unanswered Reviews #
  • Shows reviews from the past 30 days that have not yet received a response.
  • Helps monitor response activity and improve guest engagement.
Review Mentions (Sentiment Insights) #
  • Highlights the most mentioned topics extracted via sentiment analysis from guest reviews.
  • Tracks keyword frequency over the last 30 days by sentiment rating.
  • Examples include: Breakfast, Room, Personnel, Surroundings.
  • Click a keyword to view related review excerpts.
OTA Rankings #
  • Displays your current ranking and rating on OTAs such as Booking.com and TripAdvisor.
  • Rankings are shown per source and region.
  • Example: Rank #3 of 99 on TripAdvisor, Rating 4.5/5
  • Higher ranks increase your property’s visibility on booking platforms.

Review Overview Charts #
  • Visual month-by-month breakdown of:
    • Total reviews
    • Numerical ratings
    • Sentiment ratings
    • Traveler Experience Score (TES)
  • Enables tracking of consistency and performance over time.
Year-on-Year Comparison #
  • Compare current metrics to the same period from the previous year:
    • Review volume
    • Numerical score
    • Sentiment score

  • Example: Review volume down 8.7%; sentiment rating steady (–0.2%)
Sub-Ratings Comparison #
  • Compare KPI-specific scores (e.g., Cleanliness, Service, Food & Beverage) across:
    • Numerical rating

Trend Tracker & AI Advisor #

Trend Tracker #
  • Monitors emerging patterns and KPIs using AI-powered analysis.
  • Tracks real-time sentiment shifts, guest profiles, and property mentions.
  • Examples:
    • Families → Increase in reviews
    • Location → Positive sentiment trending upward
    • Neutral Sentiment → Decreasing, indicating better experiences
AI Advisor #
  • Click any trend to access AI-generated recommendations:
    • Sustain positive trends
    • Reverse negative patterns
  • Advice is customized by property and includes 5 actionable suggestions.
  • Example suggestions:
    • Boost review response rates
    • Promote high-rated amenities
    • Improve service in lower-scoring areas

Table Overview – Analytical Summary #

Each data point is presented in a three-column format:

  1. Headline Summary – The KPI and its context (e.g., cleanliness sentiment score).
  2. Trend Indicator – Direction and % change (green for positive, red for negative).
  3. Tailored Advice – Button to get custom insights from the AI Advisor.

All data is derived from sentiment ratings, numerical scores, and review volumes, analyzed through the Olery AI engine for actionable intelligence.
