Use this page for performance reviews, operational planning, and competitive analysis across all major review channels.
Rating Types #
At the top of the page, select one of the following rating types to analyze:
- Numerical Rating – Direct scores from review sites, standardized to a 10-point scale.
- Sentiment Rating – AI-analyzed ratings based on sentiment extracted from written review text.
- TES (Traveler Experience Score) – A blended score combining both Numerical and Sentiment ratings for a comprehensive view.
Filter Options #
Customize your analysis with detailed filters for your properties and competitor benchmarks.
To ensure valid comparisons, use the same filters for both your own properties and selected competitors.
Property Filters
- Date Range – Use predefined or custom ranges with full access to historical data.
- Groups / Properties – View data by specific properties or property groups.
- Nationality – Focus on reviews from guests of specific countries.
- Language – Filter by the language in which reviews were written.
- Source – Select or exclude reviews from specific platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Google).
- Packages – For certain sources you can add multiple links for the same property. These include sources such as Civitatis, Tiqets, GetYourGuide and Airbnb. The connection links will display as Packages on the dashboard. Please let us know the correct links to add.
- Travel Composition – View data by guest type (e.g., couples, families, business travelers).
Competitor Filters
- Competitor Selection – Choose individual competitors or select all competitors of a property at once.
- Apply all other filters (e.g., nationality, travel composition) to benchmark like-for-like.
Performance Views #
