In the Report Schedules page, you will find the reports that you have access to with your subscription. Each subscription comes with a basic set of reports
- Reports
- Monthly Report
- Year in Reviews
When you first access the Dashboard, you will need to set up the reports to be sent to you automatically. You can also have it sent directly to you as well. The dates pre defined for the reports to be sent are the 2nd of each month for the Monthly Report and the 2nd January each year for the year in Reviews.
You can request previous reports on your selected properties. The Filter options here are
- Filters
- Companies – Lists the properties you have access to.
- Report Template – Select the type of report you want. You can also select your bespoke reports here as well.
- Periods – Select how often you want the report sent.
If you are an admin user, you can add new users here to get the report sent. The user will not be given access to the Reputation Management Dashboard, but will receive the Report. You can do this in the New Schedule button
