The Analytics Page is where you will find data points that allow you to identify weaknesses and also to identify your strengths. Historical data is also available here and you can identify trends (Seasonal Peaks etc) The filter options make all potential data points available to you and it is based on the data collected from your properties and benchmark reviews. Benchmark options are also available on this page.
- Filter Options – You must select the same criteria for the competitors as you do for your own properties to get exact like for like data. Leaving the filter blank is to show all the data.
- Data Range – No restriction on historical data.
- Groups – Select the Group you require the data from.
- Property – Select the property you require the data from.
- Nationality – Data only from reviews of the select nationalities
- Languages – Data only from reviews of the select Languages
- Source – Data only from reviews of the select Source
- Travel Composition – Data only from reviews of the select Travel Composition
- Competitors – You can select individual Competitors of a property or select the property name that is greyed will select all the competitors of that property.
- Ratings Type – You must select one of the ratings types to show the data. Ratings types available are
- Numerical Ratings – The rating left on the review converted to be out of ten. Google and TripAdvisor use a 5 star rating for example, while booking.com is a 10 star rating.
- Sentiment Ratings – Rating out of 10 using the positive and negative mentions of the Sentiment Rating
- TES – Traveller Experience Score. This is the combination of the Numerical and Sentiment Ratings.

Your properties or Groups data will show in the Overall Rating Comparison with your groups benchmarks or your properties benchmarks data alongside it.
The Numerical Overall and Number of Review Boxes are based on the whole of the selected date range. The Overall Rating Comparison is Daily, Monthly or Yearly.
You can benchmark yourself against your competitors in the following areas
- Ratings – This includes Sub-ratings for both Numerical and Sentiment Ratings. You can select the ratings you want to show in the drop down menu
- Travel Composition – Select the ones you want to show in the drop down menu
- Review Country – Select the ones you want to show in the drop down menu
- Language – Select the ones you want to show in the drop down menu
- Sources – Select the ones you want to show in the drop down menu
