The Daily Reviews Page will be your most visited page within the dashboard as it provides you with the reviews themselves from all the multiple reviews sites across the world. Here you will be able to access at review level the written reviews and be able to respond to those reviews.
With the flexible filter option, you are able to drill down to the reviews you are looking for. Get the reviewer information per review and continue the customer experience after your guest has visited.
Filter Options
- Groups – Select the group you want data for.
- Property – Select the property you want the data for.
- Nationality – Select specific reviews from guests of specific countries.
- Language – Select reviews written in a specific language.
- Sources – Select reviews from a specific review site.
- Sentiment – Select reviews in which Positive/Negative or Neutral sentiment was captured.
- Mentioned Topics – Select Reviews in which Sentiment was captured based on a Sentiment Rating.
- Responses – Those reviews that have or do not have a management response.
- Rating – Select from predefined ratings to show the reviews that fit that criteria.
- Travel Composition – Select Reviews by specific Travel Compositions. Example, Couples, families, etc.
To Reply to reviews from Google and Facebook, you will need to give approval via the reviewconnect option in the top right of the Reputation Management Dashboard.
When responding to reviews from TripAdvisor, the page will open in a new tab on your browser and you can save your login details for TripAdvisor to log you in automatically in future on your computer.
The Reviews are collected on a 12 hour cycle with the most recent review showing first and the older reviews as you go down the page. Within the review you can find,
- Overall Numerical Rating
- Title of the Review
- The written content if available of the review
- Translate – We use Google translate to translate to your user’s selected default language.
- Reply – You can reply to reviews from Google, Facebook and TripAdvisor. All over sources you are sent to the login page of that review site. You can set up Google and Facebook using the Reviewconnect option mentioned above.
- Expand – This shows you more detailed information collected for the review where available
- Review Profile Name
- Travel Composition
- Date
- Country
- Source
- Language
- Sentiment Ratings picked up within the written text. Green Positive, Red Negative, Grey is neutral.
- Numerical Subratings if available.
