Operational KPIs

The Operational KPIs page is designed to give you high level information on your property or group of properties. This is benchmarked against the selected competitors of your properties and in the case of a group, it is the combined competitor selection of the properties within the group. Data here is to give snap shots of high level data on the property or group level.

Filter Options  #

  • Groups – List of Groups of properties for group level data you have access to as a user. 
  • Property – Individual Properties you have access to as a user. 
  • Previous Time Period – Month, Quarter, Year, are the three options available. It is the past Month, Quarter or Year. Example, You look in May 2023, then data shown will be Month – April, Quarter – Q1 and Year 2022.
  • Ratings Type – Numerical, Traveller Experience Score (TES) and Sentiment Rating. 

Scores Available #

Scores are based on Sentiment Analysis and you have the ability to select the ones that you wish to show. (Scores are specific sentiment based scores not linked to the sentiment ratings) 

  • Sustainable Travel Rating, Sanitary Safety Rating and Pandemic Precautions. (More will be added over time)

Ratings Available #

  • Overall, Food and Beverages, Cleanliness, Service, Facilities, Value, Location

Top Segments Number of Reviews #

  • Nationalities, Source (Review Site) and Travel Composition. 
  • The data is shown from left to right and is the top 3.
