The Source Ratings tab provides a focused view of how your property is rated across individual review platforms, such as Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Google, and Expedia. This page helps you monitor rating trends over time and understand how different platforms contribute to your overall online reputation.

Platform-Specific Performance #
  • View your ratings per review site, based on the data Olery collects.
  • Platforms include:
    • Booking.com
    • TripAdvisor
    • Google
    • Expedia
  • Track whether your review volume and scores on each platform are causing your rating to increase, decrease, or stay stable.
  • Monitor performance across each source individually, helping you align strategies per platform.
Historical Ratings Tracking #
  • Source ratings are tracked from the moment Olery begins collecting data for a property.
  • Note: Historical data may not be available for all sources if they were integrated later in your account timeline.

Filter Options #

Customize the view using the following filters:

  • Groups / Companies – Choose to view data by property groups or company-level portfolios.
  • Source – Select the review platform(s) you want to track.
  • Time Period – Choose from:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Quarterly
    • Yearly

These options allow you to spot trends, anomalies, or seasonal shifts in source-specific performance.
